Altura Energy Corp. is a helium-focused exploration and production company advancing its flagship Pinta South Helium Field in Arizona’s prolific Holbrook Basin. Altura is focused on developing a reliable North American source of helium, a critical, non-renewable gas essential to semiconductor manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace and advanced technologies. The Company has returned wells to production, completed an eight-mile pipeline connecting its Saddle Horse Draw wells to an on-site processing facility, and is advancing a multi-well workover program. With high-grade helium concentrations, existing infrastructure and significant development potential, Altura is positioned to scale production in an established helium district.

Management Profile:
Ashley Lastinger CEO & Director Ashley Lastinger is a petroleum engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry, including technical, operational and leadership roles with major energy companies. Prior to joining Altura, she held positions with Chevron, Apache Corporation and Atalaya Resources, providing her with extensive experience across oil and gas development and operations. Ms. Lastinger brings a strong technical background and direct industry experience to Altura as the Company advances the development of its helium assets in Arizona’s Holbrook Basin. As CEO and Director, she is focused on executing Altura’s production growth strategy and establishing the Company as an important North American helium producer.

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
1. Continue the multi-well workover program at Saddle Horse Draw, building on the successful return to production of the first two recompleted helium wells.
2. Optimize production from existing wells connected to Altura’s new eight-mile pipeline and on-site helium processing infrastructure.
3. Advance the proposed C$3 million strategic investment from a global energy partner and deploy additional capital toward development of the Company’s Holbrook Basin helium assets.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
1. Continue increasing helium production through the recompletion and optimization of additional wells at Saddle Horse Draw.
2. Evaluate and advance additional development opportunities across Altura’s expanded Holbrook Basin acreage, including the 2,560-acre farm-in area surrounding existing helium production.
3. Execute the 2D seismic acquisition plan and analyze the resulting data to evaluate the exploration potential of the deeper horizons within the Holbrook Basin.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
1. Demonstrate sustained helium production and sales from an expanded portfolio of producing wells.
2. Advance the broader development potential of Altura’s Holbrook Basin position through additional well development and optimization.
3. Continue establishing Altura as a scalable North American helium producer capable of supplying a critical commodity into healthcare, semiconductor, aerospace and advanced technology markets.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Altura offers investors exposure to helium, a critical, non-renewable commodity with essential applications across semiconductor manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace and other advanced technologies. The Company is transitioning into production from an established helium district in Arizona with existing wells, processing infrastructure and a newly completed eight-mile pipeline. Recent recompleted wells demonstrated initial flow rates of 123 mcf/day and 118 mcf/day and estimated helium concentrations of approximately 5% to 8%, providing a strong technical foundation for the Company’s development strategy. Altura also offers significant scalability through its existing Pinta South position and recently secured farm-in acreage surrounding established helium production. The proposed C$3 million investment from a global energy partner provides further validation of the opportunity and additional capital to advance production growth.

What are your corporate activities?:
Participation in the 121 Conference provides Altura with an opportunity to introduce the Company to institutional, family office and sophisticated resource investors as it transitions from redevelopment into growing helium production. Altura has reached several important operational milestones in 2026, including completion of an eight-mile replacement pipeline, the return of its first two recompleted wells to production and commencement of a multi-well workover program at Saddle Horse Draw. The Company has also expanded its development footprint through a farm-in agreement covering approximately 2,560 acres surrounding existing helium production. Most recently, Altura announced a proposed C$3 million strategic investment by a leading Southeast Asian energy conglomerate, which is expected to become an approximately 19.95% shareholder. The Conference provides an excellent platform to communicate these developments, broaden institutional awareness and highlight Altura’s opportunity to develop a scalable North American source of high-grade helium.
