Company Profile:
Enduro Metals is an exploration company focused on its Newmont Lake Project; a 688 km2 property located within the heart of British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. The Newmont Lake Project is one of the largest contiguous claim packages in the Golden Triangle, strategically located near major world class porphyry copper-gold development projects, including Galore Creek (Newmont/ Teck) and KSM (Seabridge), as well as past-producing high grade gold mines at Snip and Eskay Creek (being put back into production by Skeena). The project encompasses five large target areas that include the Andrei porphyry copper-gold target which is being drilled for the first time in 2026, the Burgundy Ridge porphyry copper-gold discovery, and McLymont, a high grade gold target.

Management Profile:
Rob Cameron, CEO - over 40 years experience in exploration including manager of exploration in Canada for Freeport-McMoRan. Former CEO of Valley High Ventures (sold for $130 million) and mining analyst with Research Capital. Will Slack, President - corporate financier with 20+ years experience in mining finance. Founding partner of LHC Mine Finance Ltd. Prior to that, founding partner of Ocean Equities, 2003 one of the leading natural resources brokers in London prior to its sale to Pareto Securities in 2013.

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Over the next three months, Enduro’s primary objective is to safely execute its 2026 Phase One exploration programme. The near-term focus is the inaugural 3,000 metre diamond drill programme at the Andrei copper-gold porphyry target, alongside expanded IP geophysics to refine the broader target corridor. In parallel, the Company expects to continue systematic field work across the wider Andrei trend, including FK and Southmore, and to advance target-definition work at the Camp Zone high-grade gold target.

What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Over the next six months, Enduro’s goal is to evaluate the results of the Andrei Phase One programme and use those results to refine the geological model for what the Company believes is a large, underexplored copper-gold porphyry system. The Company also aims to prioritise follow-up targets across Andrei, FK, Southmore and Camp Zone, while continuing to communicate the scale and quality of the opportunity to investors. The broader objective is to demonstrate that Newmont Lake is not a single-target story, but a district-scale copper-gold and high-grade gold exploration platform in one of Canada’s most active mining districts.

What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
Over the next 12 months, Enduro’s goal is to convert the 2026 field season into a clear follow-up exploration strategy for 2027. This includes defining the next phase of drilling at Andrei, advancing additional porphyry targets along the broader trend, and establishing drill-ready targets at Camp Zone where historical and recent work highlight high-grade gold potential. The Company also intends to continue building market awareness, strengthen engagement with institutional and strategic investors, and assess value-accretive opportunities across its broader Canadian project portfolio.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
Enduro offers investors exposure to discovery-stage copper-gold exploration in a top-tier jurisdiction. The Company’s flagship Newmont Lake Project is a large, 688 km² land package in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, located near major copper-gold development projects and past-producing high-grade gold mines. The investment case is centred on scale, timing and discovery potential. Andrei is a newly recognised, previously undrilled copper-gold porphyry target defined by surface mineralisation, coincident magnetic and chargeability anomalies, and a broader 14 km prospective trend. The 2026 drill programme represents the first direct test of this target, creating a clear near-term catalyst. The company is well financed, having raised C$8.7m earlier this year, and its valuation is underpinned by the existing Burgundy Ridge porphyry discovery, the McLymont gold project and the broader land package.
