Litchfield Minerals is an Australian copper explorer controlling approximately 10,000km² across one of Australia’s largest remaining highly prospective and underexplored mineral belts, centred on the Aileron–Irindina boundary in the Northern Territory. Its flagship Oonagalabi Project provides an established foundation of value and low-entry exposure to copper, while the broader corridor offers substantial belt-scale discovery potential.

The Company is led by a commercially focused Managing Director, a regionally specialised technical team and a board with credentials more commonly associated with major mining companies. Its culture is deliberately built around technical rigour, disciplined capital allocation, accountability and evidence-based decision-making.

That operating philosophy is captured in three statements:
We think like a major. We control the ground. We run like a partner.

We think like a major by applying mineral systems thinking, independent expertise and disciplined decision gates. We control the ground through our strategically consolidated 10,000km² position. We run like a partner by maintaining internal management, governance, cultural, ESG, risk and performance systems designed to meet the standards expected by major mining companies and institutional partners.

Investment Case
Tightly held, well-funded and undervalued, Litchfield offers low-entry copper exposure through Oonagalabi, a tangible value base within a 10,000 km² belt-scale copper opportunity. With 85% of capital raised deployed into ground-based activities, a major-quality team, discipline & mindset the Company offers substantial leverage to future discovery and partnership success.

Looking Ahead
Over the next few months, Litchfield will have completed its initial integrated geological and geophysical model, rank targets through formal decision gates and advance high-conviction drilling at Oonagalabi and across the wider corridor. Investors should also look for BHP Xplor investment outcomes, strategic partnerships and technology-enabled execution across the Company’s daily operations.

Leadership
Litchfield has assembled a leadership team combining commercial discipline, exploration capability, specialist regional geology and tier-one governance. Managing Director Matthew Pustahya brings a commercially and exploration-focused approach, supported by Dr Peter Eaglen and Professor Mark NoppĂ©’s major-company experience in technical assurance, risk and capital protection, and Matt McGloin’s rare Aileron–Irindina expertise. Together, they foster a culture of evidence before promotion, understanding before drilling and genuine partner readiness.

Matthew Pustahya, Managing Director
Matthew is a businessman, commercial executive and prospector with approximately 20 years of hands-on exploration experience. He combines strong geological literacy with company building, capital allocation, deal-making and end-to-end field execution across the Northern Territory and Mount Isa region. His practical operating background is complemented by an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and long-standing relationships with contractors, drillers, earthmoving crews, pastoralists and regional stakeholders.

Matt McGloin, Principal Geologist
Matt leads Litchfield’s technical synthesis and target generation. He was specifically recruited for his specialist knowledge of the Aileron and Irindina provinces and is one of relatively few geologists with deep, practical experience across the region in which Litchfield is operating. With 15 years’ experience across industry and government, including extensive work with the Northern Territory Geological Survey, Matt brings a rare combination of regional geological knowledge and modern mineral systems thinking. He has worked throughout Australia and Zambia on hydrothermal copper, magmatic nickel sulphide and pegmatite-hosted lithium systems. Widely regarded as an emerging leader in Australian exploration geology, Matt holds an MGeol from the University of Southampton and a PhD from Monash University in orogenic uranium and rare earth element mineral systems.

Dr Peter Eaglen, Non-Executive Chairman
Peter is a senior mining and metals executive with more than 35 years of international experience spanning operations, major projects, risk, governance and technical assurance. He spent 17 years with Rio Tinto, including 12 years as a General Manager, and led internal and external risk-assurance activities for the Rio Tinto Board. His career includes mining, refining and smelting operations with Rio Tinto, Bechtel, Pasminco, CRA and Mount Isa Mines, together with board-level advice on acquisitions, divestments, operational effectiveness and closure. Holding a PhD in Industrial Chemistry, Peter brings the governance, HSE and risk discipline expected of a tier-one mining company.

Professor Mark Noppé, Non-Executive Director
Mark is an internationally recognised mining and geoscience leader whose career has focused on determining whether mineral projects are technically credible, appropriately valued and capable of being developed. He is CEO of JKTech and Director of the University of Queensland’s WH Bryan Mining Geology Research Centre, following senior roles as Global Chair of SRK Consulting, Managing Director of SRK Consulting Australasia and founding Managing Director of Xstract Mining Consultants. His experience includes 12 years with Anglo American and approximately 25 years in consulting, advising mining companies, boards, investors, lenders and legal advisers on mineral resources, reserves, feasibility studies, due diligence and technical risk. Mark is a Fellow and Chartered Professional of the AusIMM, an AusIMM director and recipient of the Charles Marshall Award for Technical Excellence.

What We Want from the room
We are seeking different outcomes from different stakeholders. For investors, we want patient capital that understands major copper discoveries take time and values disciplined execution. For larger funds, our goal may be to earn a place on the watchlist. For banks and advisers, we want relationships established before capital is required.
For mining companies and explorers, we are open to becoming a capable, commercially aligned exploration partner - building on our existing team to incubate, de-risk and advance high-quality projects.
“We are not asking you to take a chance on a junior. We are asking you to recognise a company that has already chosen to operate at a different standard, Come and see what we see”.
