Novo is a leading minerals explorer and developer, focused on discovering standalone gold and copper projects across its significant land package covering areas of the Pilbara region of Western Australia, the Bendigo region of Victoria, and northern New South Wales, Australia. At present, Novo’s exploration portfolio is entirely gold focused, however Novo has recently included copper as a commodity it would consider as part of its exploration portfolio. Novo is focused on growing its exploration and development portfolio through its disciplined project generation program. Key sustainability criteria have been established to assist Novo’s experienced team in measuring potential future development opportunities in both gold and copper. High grade, drill ready projects that build a strategic position in districts where prospectivity for intrusion related systems is high are the top priority. Novo also has established joint ventures and earn–in agreements with other parties to balance risk and identify other value accretive opportunities that provide a platform to grow the Company in size and scale and deliver on shareholder value. Key projects and development opportunities include the flagship Becher Project (Western Australia), Belltopper Project (Victoria) and the John Bull, Tibooburra (New South Wales) and Toolunga (Western Australia) Farm-In agreements. Management Profile:
Mike Spreadborough Executive Co-Chairman Mr Michael Spreadborough has a mining engineer background with over 30 years’ experience in mining lead, zinc, uranium, copper, gold and iron ore. He has held roles across the scope of the industry from business and project development to operations and exploration. He is currently Executive Co-Chairman of Novo Resources, and Non-Executive Director of Arafura Rare Earths. Previously he was CEO of Metals X Limited, Managing Director & CEO of Nusantara Resources and Non-Executive Director of CleanTeQ Holdings. Mr Spreadborough has also held positions as the General Manager – Mining for WMC and Vice President – Mining for BHP Billiton at the world-class Olympic Dam Mine in South Australia, the General Manager – Coastal Operations for Rio Tinto, responsible for port operations and Pannawonica mine site, and Chief Operating Officer for Inova Resources Ltd (formerly Ivanhoe Australia) and Sandfire Resources. Mr Spreadborough holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of Queensland, an MBA from Deakin University, and a WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency. Additionally, he is a member of the AusIMM and also the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Novo has a strong field and drilling program for the remainder of 2026 focused on our greenfields projects. Novo will also conduct advance drilling at its Belltopper project where we have released a large exploration target of 440 to 880 koz.
