Holleton’s next chapter starts with us. VAA Resources is a privately owned Western Australian gold-processing company preparing an initial 45,000-tonne vat-leach campaign at Holleton. The founders have committed substantial personal capital, secured processing equipment and progressed operational planning and approvals. VAA holds rights to process historical gold-bearing material on mining leases M77/643 and M77/898, providing scope for subsequent campaigns, subject to results and approvals. Longer term, VAA is developing FRABEN, a gravity-beneficiation system using bore water without added chemical reagents in beneficiation. VAA seeks investment partners to support its first campaign and the development of a repeatable gold-reprocessing business.
Management Profile:
Peter Sworder — CEO and Director. Peter brings extensive practical experience in gold processing and vat construction, including projects in Australia and overseas. He leads VAA’s processing strategy and technical development, including the development of the FRABEN gravity-beneficiation system.
Steve M — COO and Director. Steve leads operational planning, equipment procurement, funding coordination and the preparation of VAA’s Holleton campaign. His background in highly technical, safety-critical operations brings expertise in safety systems, disciplined execution and risk management. Steve has committed substantial personal capital to VAA. Both directors will participate in investor meetings.
What are your key goals for the next 3 months?:
Progress the outstanding Holleton approvals, complete remaining plant preparation and secure additional campaign funding to strengthen working capital. Subject to the required approvals, commence site construction and prepare for commissioning of the initial 45,000-tonne campaign. Establish relationships with investors interested in VAA’s longer-term processing business.
What are your key goals for the next 6 months?:
Subject to approvals and commissioning, commence processing and target first gold production from the Holleton campaign. Establish measured recovery, throughput and operating-cost performance to guide subsequent campaigns and capital allocation. Advance FRABEN through representative-material testing, with particular attention to gold recovery across particle sizes, concentrate quality and commercial operating costs.
What are your key goals for the next 12 months?:
Complete the initial Holleton campaign and use measured gold recovery, throughput and operating costs to establish the basis for subsequent campaigns, subject to approvals and commercial results. Progress FRABEN from system development into an integrated demonstration using representative material, assessing its potential for gold beneficiation without added chemical reagents. Build investor and project-owner relationships to support further processing opportunities.
What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?:
VAA combines founder-funded progress, practical processing experience and access to historical gold-bearing material at Holleton. Equipment has been secured, operational planning is established and approvals are progressing for a defined 45,000-tonne first campaign. VAA’s processing rights across M77/643 and M77/898 provide potential for further campaigns, subject to technical and economic assessment. Investment would strengthen working capital and support the transition to first production. Longer term, FRABEN offers the opportunity to develop a repeatable gravity-beneficiation business, with commercial performance to be demonstrated through testing. Investors can participate in both the initial operation and VAA’s broader development.
What are your corporate activities?:
VAA is seeking a funding partner to support delivery of its first Holleton gold-reprocessing campaign, including remaining site preparation, commissioning and working capital through to gold receipts. Our preferred structure is a success-linked project funding note, with returns negotiated with investors and repayment solely from campaign proceeds after provision for reasonable forward operating costs. VAA also welcomes minority equity discussions with strategic partners bringing capital, processing expertise, access to further projects or follow-on funding capability.
